Gosh, sorry…it’s been awhile. Where did we leave off?… When we last talked, I think Luke was waiting for his work visa. Well,… he got it! And, he landed himself a job that he loves (after loads of prayer)…we know how much of a blessing that is! I’m so happy that he was able to find a job that allows him to put that challenging biomedical science degree to use! To each their own…science was never my strong suit. He’s working at Meridian Bioscience and he will get to travel internationally with his work (major plus)! We speak about how amazing it will be for him to be able to drop in to see his family in London on a work trip. For now, he is waiting for his green card and we can’t travel internationally until we receive some more paper work. Luke knows all the details about that but it just drives me crazy! We are married! We should be free to LIVE and TRAVEL as we wish now. Anyway, we are hoping it all gets sorted soon.

We have both had a long week this week so we are looking forward to the weekend. Luke’s company has had a week long conference that starts in the early hours and ends late at night. And, I have had a few long nights at work myself.
Our little sister, Bree, is sleeping over tomorrow and we are going to surprise her with a trip to the zoo on Saturday. She’s never been and Luke has been dying to go since he moved here. The boy loves animals. Speaking of siblings, our brother Matthew is going to be our first visitor from England this month!! We are beyond excited! I’ll be sure to post about his trip here.
